(1) -Diet-



There are many diets all over the world.

For example a fasting diet, hard training and aerobic exercise. But it is too difficult keep dieting .

Especially the most famous for diet country is America. Fatness became an issue of public concern. So many scientists specialize in diet. But American eating habits is terrible. They eat greacy food like Mc Donald's.

So I think American should improve their eating habits!!












(2)-Exercise-


I associate exericise with stretching.


The effect of stretching is that, it made our body flexible. So our body become strong. It made us prevent wounded . Second stretching is loose our weight and our pliant muscles build up!! So some supermodel do that every day!! When I was young I was a ballerina so my body is so flexible , but now I quited take a ballet lessons so my body is not flexible . but these days I putting on weight. So I must stretching everyday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
